How we do things
At Free Flight Health Services, we provide consultation and training that helps people feel more confident in the way they support participants, children, families, and care teams.

Our training is practical, easy to understand, and designed around real support environments. We do not believe training should feel generic or disconnected from everyday life. Instead, we work with teams to understand the person, the setting, and the support needs involved.

Our team can provide guidance across speech therapy strategies, nursing care requirements, disability support, NDIS-related processes, staff education, and practical care planning. Where appropriate, our Speech Pathologists, nurses, support coordinators, and support team may work together to provide a more complete understanding of the participant’s needs.

The goal is to help teams provide support that is safer, clearer, more consistent, and centred around the individual.
