How we do things
Supporting individuals across all stages of life.
At Free Flight, we view Support Coordination as a capacity-building support. Building capacity where possible, and provide hands-on coordination where needed.

For some participants and families, this means learning how to better understand their plan, communicate with providers, track supports, prepare for reviews, and make informed choices with more confidence.

For others, it means having someone step in to manage the moving pieces - coordinating providers, organising supports, communicating with services, and helping reduce the pressure on the participant or family.

Our approach is practical, personal, and focused on real life. We support people in a way that meets them where they are, while always working towards greater confidence, choice, control, and independence wherever possible.
