Free Flight Health Services (“FFHS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to provide transparent and fair billing practices in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, Australian Consumer Law, and relevant service agreements.
Refunds
As FFHS provides scheduled allied health, nursing, disability, and professional support services, refunds are generally not provided for:
-
services already delivered
-
completed appointments
-
supports already claimed or invoiced
-
change of mind after services have been provided
Refunds may be considered where:
-
an incorrect charge or billing error has occurred
-
duplicate payments have been made
-
services were unable to be delivered due to circumstances directly caused by FFHS
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
NDIS-Funded Supports
For NDIS-funded participants, services are delivered and billed in accordance with:
-
current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits
-
participant service agreements
-
applicable NDIA guidelines and requirements
Where supports have been validly delivered or claimed in line with NDIS requirements, refunds will generally not apply.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing within this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Participants may be entitled to certain remedies where services are not delivered with due care and skill or do not meet applicable consumer guarantees.
