How we do things

Supporting individuals across all stages of life.

At Free Flight Health Services, we understand that communication is about so much more than words. It is about expressing needs, building relationships, participating in everyday activities, and feeling understood.

Our Speech Pathologists work closely with you and your support network to provide personalised therapy that is practical, engaging, and tailored to individual goals.

As a mobile service, we deliver therapy in the environments where participants learn, communicate, and participate every day - whether that is at home, school, within the community, supported accommodation settings, aged care environments, or through telehealth where appropriate.

Our focus is not only on developing skills during therapy sessions, but on creating meaningful outcomes that carry over into everyday life.
