Free Flight Health Services is a family-run allied health and disability support provider built on the belief that support should always put people before numbers.
Our director started Free Flight after becoming frustrated with the way many services within the industry operated - where staff were often overloaded, supports felt rushed, and participants became part of a system focused more on KPIs and business growth than genuine care and meaningful outcomes.
Free Flight was created to do things differently.
From the beginning, the goal has been to build a team that takes the time to truly understand each participant, while giving therapists, nurses, and support staff the training, collaboration, and support they need to provide quality care properly — not rushed care.
We understand that every participant, family, and situation is different. That is why our approach is collaborative, personal, and centred around the individual. Our team works closely together across all areas of the business, combining our knowledge and experience to provide well-rounded supports that genuinely benefit the people we work with.
With over:
-
30 years of combined experience in Speech Therapy
-
10 years of combined experience in Nursing
-
10 years of combined experience in Support Coordination
our team brings together a wide range of clinical knowledge, lived understanding, and practical experience across allied health, disability, and community care.
Whether supports are delivered at home, within schools, in the community, or in supported accommodation settings, our focus remains the same — creating supports that feel personal, respectful, and genuinely tailored to the individual.
Why "Free Flight"?
The name was inspired by the idea of teaching a rehabilitated bird to safely fly freely and independently, while still providing guidance and support along the way.
That philosophy continues to shape everything we do today.
At Free Flight Health Services, we are committed to building genuine relationships, supporting meaningful outcomes, and creating a service where participants and families feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their journey.
